Default rev hard NEW stage 2 questions...

I currently have a jdm b16a in my 93 del sol w/ a nitrous express 35 shot wet system. I have my A/C removed and P/S removed (actually converted to a semi-manual rack using the real time racing method). I don't want to touch the inside of the head or the block until months after i start boosting. My question is:
Will I be able to run the NEW Rev Hard stage 2 kit at it's lowest PSI (7, i believe) without touching the internals at all for a while, or is 7 psi already too much?? I want to start out with as low as PSI as possible so that i can drive it safely everyday and save up money to build the engine in the meantime. Then, once i build the engine and have the hondata, I want it to be running at higher boost on the street and even more at the track.

FYI, I haven't upgraded my injectors, fuel pump, intake manifold, or ignition yet, so. I do however have NGK 1 step colder spark plugs.

thanks for any input.

7 psi should be fine. but you may want to look into getting bigger injectors and fuel pump.

by the way, search function is your friend...

thanks. the NEW stage 2 actually comes with a fuel pump. i actually search all the time and only post when i have to, but i'm new when it comes to turbos so i wanted to know specifically about that kit and my engine.

anyone else agree that the rev hard NEW stage 2 will be alright to run at its lowest boost level- 7psi?

i believe i found the huge thread about it on here....if not maybe honda-swap or automotivetech.org.

I removed the P/S pump and belt and rerouted the lines to be a closed system, and attached a breather at one end to use to vent the excess pressure. the advantage is i no longer have the weight of the p/s pump, all the lines, and all the extra fluid. now i have a manual rack with the ratio of the p/s one. The big advantage is the engine no longer has to run that belt. I now have a civic type-r race n1 crank pulley which is a lot lighter than the stock and no longer has groves for p/s or a/c. try and find the thread, its an excellent one, with part numbers and everything!
good luck.
