Default turbo kit or stroker kit

hi everyone. i own a B16A3 Del Sol. Perfect condition. put out 182hp at 7,550rpm.
this is the updated after my injen intake and my catback exhaust. its stock 160hp at 7,600rpm. i was wondering if i should use a stroker kit with a 83mm bore (not sure about stroke yet) or to turbo it. redline is 8,200rpm. either way im getting a hondata system and fuel system and ignition upgrades. i know the turbo would be a great power source for the high rpm, but i cant find any suitable for me. looking for about 350hp when im done. the block will have darton sleves, forged pistion, forged rods, (stock or forged crank depending on if i go turbo or get the stroker kit), and the block will be welded. im also getting the head milled to be sure its flat and inline.

if anyone has any information that i can use about getting a turbo for my 1994 Del Sol, please let me have the website or magizine i can get it from. i want the entire kit, including intercooler, injectors, and turbo. just need something to start with before i g big. wanna see what she can handle before i blow someting.

no greddy dosetn make one that fits my car.. already contacted them.

How did your stock B16 make 182hp with only intake and catback? Or did you say that it put down 160hp with intake and catback? Either way how the hell did it do that?

If you go turbo go custom, saves money. If you go Stroker do a CRVTEC saves money.

.3mm head gasket
hehehe
that how u get 182horses out of a 1.6L motor

remember a 2L soda bottle is still stronger than my engine.. sadly

i dont want to change the engine, just the crank and rods for a stroker kit. im keeping the stock engine, i like its rarity. plus its pleanty fast now. plus very light. i love street rally.. i guess u can call it

how do i build a custom turbo???

mix matching parts to make a custom turbo the best of each part

B16 has almost perfect rod/stroke ratio. Don't stroke a b16. You will be much happier with the turbo...once you get it running right...

182WHP is ridiculous even if you were talking HP at the crank with only an exhaust and intake, where did you get these numbers. your probably puttin down 145 tops to the wheels with those mods. EDIT: nevermind i missed the part about the head gasket

but to answer your question go with the turbo not the stroker kit; if your stroke is longer than your bore is wide it is called oversquare, the more oversquare your engine is the slower it will rev, a stock B16 is undersquare so it revs well

another good example is a B18 compared to a B16, they have the same bore but the b18 has more displacement due to a longer stroke B18's rev slower than B16's because they are oversquare

with a turbo you will gain more power than the stroker kit

the stroker kit will give you a nice gain in power but it will take longer to reach high rpm's

i hope this helps you make an informed decision

B16A3 is stock 158whp

just the tiny gaskest alone pushes some real hp, never mind the feel of low end (no B18 or H22 but better than stock) torque ripping through lights. feels like a low psi supercharger. nice to have high compression. donno what the compression is, but i need 93 octane or higher of i hear pings and it knocks like mad when VTEC kicks in. but im happy with it. too bad i have to change it for a turbo .
whats a good turbo that makes some nice 3,5000rpm and up power?

No it doesn't. It makes 160 horsepower at the flywheel, at the wheels, its just over 140 whp.

Who's head gasket did you use?
