 best way...if you know what you're looking for. But dummies (like myself) will probably have trouble piecing one together.
I don't know much about turbos/kits but the Drag kit seems like a good price (2600 i think)

A friend installed the Edelbrock kit on his 98 Civic, and the kit was really nice actually. It was expensive though. But if you want to buy a kit with everything, I dont think you could beat the kit.

The edelbrock kit is awesome for the b16, edelbrock is a highly respected brand with jap and american cars. Most of the top honda guys on this sight use JG/Edelbrock Intake manifolds. Its good stuff

Re: turbo kit (Full-Race Geoff)
If you plan to up the boost later a pieced together kit is the way to go. That way you have a turbo ready to upgrade and not some crappy kit turbo that will be very inefficient at higher power.

Re: turbo kit (DvD3)
i had a drag kit, was good as a first kit, but i have outgrown it. i have gone with a full race. here is my kit in the pre-fitting stages:
PS I know the chra needs to be clocked. it is just in pre-fitting right now.

Re: turbo kit (chrisgottigsr)
i would go with pieicing a kit together, just read around a bit more and put one together so when it comes time to install the kit, you'll be more familiar with what the parts are and where they go.
