Default Turbo Issues

I am running a B18 and was running a Garrett T3/04E. I ran it for about 3k miles no issues except a little smoke when cruising at a constin RPM then let off and the turbo would smoke a little bit. I was running a -4 feed and a -10 return. I recently changed manifolds and went to a precision SC-61 and changed the Feed to a -3 like everyone says to run. The SC-61 lastested 20 mins on the dyno and then smoke every where. It now had shaft play up and down of 1 inch. So I pulled it of and threw the garrett back on. It lasted two days and now the same out come. Please any ideas what this can be? Car is on 28 psi and A.F is 12.1.
Thanks in advance.

Damn that is hardcore!!!

I have a similar problem, I run a 60 trim t3 with a -3 feed and a -10 return (not kinked) and it is water cooled to boot. It has been on my car for about three months and it starting to smoke a bit when the car is cold???

No kinks its Braid stainless line. I dont under stand what would cause this. I mean not only are the oil seals gone but from the shaft play the bearings have to be as well.
