Default Turbo installed, smoking question

So I just installed my turbo and it smokes, not when I first start it up, just when it get hot while driving around, I thought it was just running rich but I'm not sure, the color is white could this be running rich or burning oil because both are the same color...... when I idle only a little bit comes out but when I hit the gas while in gear it blows smoke what do you guys think?

White smoke = coolant
blue smoke = oil
black smoke = rich conditions

alright so at first it was white smoke and now its all gone, I see black smoke now so it's running rich, now new question my car sounds like it has an exhaust leak, it so loud I'm embarrassed to drive it around town, I'm running an external wastegate and for some reason I think the stopper on the inside is held open, I'm running a manual boost controller and have it hooked up to the side of the wastegate which I think is the actuator and from that it gets to a t-fitting and then to my vacuum block, I don't have a fitting on the turbo to give it constant pressure so I hooked it up to the vacuum block is that ok?

take pics of how u have your lines.. you might be ok, then again, maybe not. I would not run a manual boost controller, but thats just me.

as fas as exhaust leak, check your downpipe flange bolts. they tend to loosen up.
