Tip #2: Pusher fans 0wn. Even with slim fans in the stock location sometimes there wont be enough space or it will still be too close to the turbo and melt.

Where can i get a set of those and how much do they go for??

I feel for you man, nothing seemed to go right on my install. I have no automotive training, but I'm not a moron, even so it took me two weeks of after work tinkering to get mine done. I spose I could have done in one 12 hour stint, but now I know what to expect, I didn't then. **** that went wrong for me...
-all the pretty silicon hosing melted...bad when certain items need to see vacuum....
-blew off coupling during testing
-blew off BOV cause the ****** snap ring wasn't all the way down. loud, I'll leave it at that
-blew off valve cover tubing, put it back on only to have it collapse as well
-got new oil pan in along with subframe and exhaust installed...forgot to reinstall trans shroud before doing so...DOH!!!
-broke lots of things, i have no cruise now, not like I used it anyway
-destroyed p/s cooling lines, oh well
-cut out large peices of sheet metal that I didn't need to because test fits were executed improperly
-had to fabricate much of my charge piping....so much for the "kit"
-ground a hole in charge piping because it didn't fit in the first place
-ripped off the ground for my a/c compressor, don't know how to fix that yet
-broke p/s resevoir
the list goes on. Be patient and as someopne said earlier, throw more money at it! No, seriously, just be cool and spend a lot of time staring at your engine bay, it will come together eventually. I know how it sucks to have your only car down, but keep in mind, sometimes the answers to really tough problems are surprisingly simple. Much of the fab work and overall solutions I came to were because of simply staring at the bay from all angles and having little epiphanies as to how to solve the problem at hand. I will say this, as many said to me before I started, it always costs more than you thought it would. Have fun, post pics when you're running.

I'm having problems as well.
-Boosted 7psi ONE day
-$130 used turbo had HORRIBLE seals
-Now have a coolant/oil mix
-manifold was warped
-wg flange was warped
-have a bent valve and 1 or more bad valve seals so I burn a **** load of oil
-Motor idles REALLY shitty and has 150psi compression (supposed to be 180-210psi)
-had to pull the oil pan back off and repair the oil return fitting which loosened after the initial install
Its a pain in the *** man, and now I'm pulling my B16, rebuilding with NEW turbo, pistons, rods, HEAD, manifold, etc and swapping in a D15B7
Gotta love it though, if you let yourself get pissed off at this stuff you wont have fun - and when you finally get it working right, you'll be making plans for upgrades that will let you run more boost.
Oh, and I had to get a loan for $2000 o_O

Better to take it slow and take it easy with patience. Anyone who goes into putting on a turbo thinking its gonna be a walk in the park is a fool.
Patience my friend, or you be much worse later on when things fail due to rushing things and impatioence.
Goodluck

it can be, but most of the time it isnt. If you buy a $4000 F-Max or Revhard kit it'll have perfect fitment, but thats a lot of money plus the problems is what makes it fun

I'm building a $4000 DIY kit, and I hope it all lines up just as perfect [I think it will, I'm taking it extremely slow].

my **** has been down for almost 2 years now (pulled the engine and did internal work). just making sure everything is done right. so many little problems you run into along the way. drag kit not very complete. pipes need to be cut. fal slim fans suck. such a waste of money. i thought it would make a bunch of room but the fit is still really tight. in the end i hope its all worth it. starting the car up this weekend.

Some of the problems I ran into:
-Oil pan gasket leaking, get new one and torque it down
-Oil return line leaking, use SS braided line and use TEFLON tape
-Injector seals leaking, have some spares
Some suggestions.. Get the oil return bunge welded to the oil pan and solder electrical wires (if using resistor box)
