Welcome to honda-tech ....
Before you install the Turbo kit I suggest you do about a month worth of intense research and learn every thing you can about Turbo....

Browse through all the web forums and perform multiple searches on every topic and every component you can. You should spend at least 100 hours of research .. I'm serious. If you don't have the time to learn then sell the turbo kit and save yourself the grief and trouble ahead.

Here is a good place to start :
https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=635014

It is a complete installation guide I wrote for an FMU/Inline Fuel setup like yours ...
Have fun....

I agree, at least a month of research, and that's if you're a quick study.

Way down the line in terms of what is optimal, is maybe getting someone experienced with turboing to critique and install your setup. And then continue to learn about it.

But if you don't put the time into research, you're toying with putting the time into a rebuild

Your manifold does not have a flange for external wastegate, right. A T25 is going to come equipped with an internal wastegate.
