T3/T4 is a hybrid turbo with a T3 turbine section and a larger T4 compresser section. Everything your going to need to know has been covered at some point on these forums so use the Search button as much as you can. Be sure to check the archived topics as well when searching. Try an archive search on 'Turbocharging' for a place to start. Good Luck!

When setting your horsepower goals for a daily driver, you want to be able to achieve your whp goal under 12 psi, generally. With this in mind, you'll want to find a turbo that will make your desired numbers around that psi. I haven't searched much on this, but I'm pretty sure you won't be able to achieve 400whp at 12psi (someone plz correct me if i'm wrong here). Most t3/t4 turbos are very capable of over 400whp when the boost is increased, so you'll be able to do that when your at the track or when your car is feeling slow Any favorite turbos? I don't really have an opinion but I'd stay away from no-name turbos you can find on Ebay. I hope this helps!

you want 400whp but do you expect to build the block to make that?

If you only want 300whp or something like that, buy a turbo for that much whp. if you actually plan on getting to the 400whp range i suggest

.63/.60 T3/T4......
Im sure someone will say some precision sc61 because everyone is on the precision bandwagon now.

.63/.60 T3 should def allow you to make 400whp and spool very nicely for you. only getting boost at 7-9k is just stupid though so i didnt take that into account

try looking at the t3/to4e, 57trim, stage 3 comp wheel, .48 or .68 turbine a/r. i know you might not know what that means, but it will give you something to reference you search off. don't forget "how to read compressor maps" beware-everyone has there favorite, take everything with a grain of salt. unless it's arturbo talking.

You dont think there is a reason for that do you? Every setup I have ever seen that is using an SC61 is making GOBS more power than most other turbos. All I have to say is b18cx...............

Looks like someone is on the bandwagon.....

On subject, T3/t04e .63/.60 with a 57 or 60 trim. Enough said.

you can keep your A/C. I'd suggest a Cast Sidewinder with a .63/.60 T3/t04e. And the big boy 3" DP.

Otherwise id suggest a Inline Pro w/ a .63/.60 w/ a 2.5" DP

Easiest setup, a simple log manifold w/ the same turbo and a 2.5" DP
