are you asking about how to run the water lines to the turbo? there is tons of info on this (and its not just for ball-bearing turbos)

good pic..i see the front plug for the water but where dose the other outlet gose???or im i not seeing it in the pic??

outlet probably goes to the bottom of the radiator. You may need to weld a -6AN aluminum bung in there.
