Default Turbo gsr problem(s)

so as my name suggests i have an ef civic with a gsr turbo engine.
specs
mahle low comp pistons 81.50mm
acl bearings
scat rods
cheap turbo kit (i know i know)
neptune rtp/demon 2
hdi boost controller(eventually get rid of it and wire the solenoid to the ecu)
custom downpipe
nikki 520cc injectors flow matched and all that good stuff
blah blah

now the first problem i have is my iat sensor i have tried 2 of them one reads -18 all the time and throws a code when the engine is cold but after a few mins driving i can clear the code and it will not come back until the next day and the other read 49c (limp mode safe zone) faulty sensor i know. as to why the other only reads -18c i dont know

next problem is the map sensor ment to be a 3bar reads 1.6volts at ko which seems about right and i have managed to get it to work with some success
scalar at 604
offset -45
that seems to get me in the 3 column

3rd issue i have spent over a week trying to get the thing to idle right now when its warmed up i can get it to 15.5afr then for no reason at all it just goes super lean and stays that way. now when im moving off it is super sluggish like it has barely enough power to move off then it will pick up(still no power though) and still feels pretty crappy. now this happens in boost even though the afrs for boost are spot on there is still no pick up or power it builds boost just fine just thats all it does(still sluggish and crap)
have i got to advance the timing due to running the lower cr

am i missing something because i feel like setting the car on fire

Iat and map need to be dialed in or replace with known good ones before any driving in boost can occur without explosions

so i have finally got it to make some power but im having to run as much as 11degrees of timing advance other wise it goes back to being sluggish

i found that when i first start the car up it will make power then as soon as its warmed up past 18c it goes back to being gay (where ect stops adding timing advance)could this be due to the map not being spot on, i can tune around this now i have found the issue but do i carry on or start over with a (a guess) of the right map settings?

Is it fully tuned or not?
Honda IAT sensor or GM/aftermarket?

Are you sure you're plugging the IAT sensor into the correct plug?

You have to setup your sensors correctly, there is a very good chance you will blow your motor if you don't even know how to set them up. If you were to even attempt it there is a ton of reading to do before you even start. This is why most of the people on here just take it to a tuner, its a good idea to really understand whats going on.
