anyone have any proof on which oil is better if any. IMO as long as you change oil on time any synthetic would be just as good as anonther.

castrol 10w30 non-syn
I switched from mobil 1 10w30 syn since the non syn seemed to make my pocket happier and my turbo spool louder..... So its gotta be better right ?

One quick question........
I heard that it wasnt good to use synthetic oil on turbo cars cause it is not thick enough cause turbo cars produce way more heat........is this true..????
