turbo and emissions question
not sure what forum this should be in exactly....but here goes...
anyone in the milwaukee/waukesha wisconsin area, do you know if a 99 civic ex will pass our emissions with a greddy kit? I'd like to go with some form of FI...preferably turbo, but if i can't pass emissions..its of no use...thanks.
