Hmm, I wonder if the mirage community would attest to that. Either way, congrats on the name change with all those satisfied customers.

mmmm with very few exceptions appears to be a common trend with H-T sponsors, order parts and not receive them for 4-6months and God forbid the customers ask what the hell is going on with his parts!

Well that was a replacement manifold for the first one that got lost so, but I'm taking care of him.

As a matter of fact I just got off the phone with him.

I also love the H-T moto don't make a praise post, but lets make a bash post and automatically that shop sucks and everyone jumps on the bandwagon. But oh well like I said in the post above you can't make everything 100% you can only try.

im not trying to bash you Tim, but sometimes something has to be done about waiting for a long time for a product... you pay big money for a product, and with it comes the expected customer service... people wanna know where there money or product IS.... its human nature
and when it starts to take a while, you start to worry about a possibility of getting scammed...

In my case, i was very patient.. but 6 months was just too long... and now after all that wait, I have more downtime having to send it back to get fixed....
Just see it from a customer point of view... its not fun.. trust me...
I know you are helping me out, but im just saying..

I am not picking sides, i just wanted to say that I managed hotels for a while, and the good ol saying, "you never hear about the good ones, but the bad ones, everyone knows about."

And yes, it is sad you don't see enough people praising companies.

:cough: CAMP1320 RULES!!! :cough:

lol...have a nice night.

You make it sound like waiting 8 months is unrealistic!

Good luck, and if you ever want to buy anything that I dont have to ship for a year, let me know, I'l be glad to take your loot!
