Is it a 2.5 or 3" downpipe? The downpipe generally has to be 2.5" until it gets past the A/C compressor, then it can be flared out to 3". If it is 3" all the way it probably won't fit.

it is 2.5 inch pipe i will get a pick of it in a few minutes, it is also a 14b turbo and it seems like it comes out the left side(as if yo were looking at the front of the car at the engine bay) thats the other side than the compressor isn't it?? well here are the pics

2.5" should be fine with A/C.

will there be any problems since the downpipe comes out the opposite side?

It doesn't come out on the A/C compressor side?

EDIT: I didn't see the pics a second ago.

from looking at those pics i don't think u will be able to keep your a/c, because the compressor side (cold side) of the turbo will be sitting right where your a/c compressor will be. and 2nd their would be no place to fit an air filter.

if u were to reverse the position of the turbo. so the dp was on the driverside. u would stand a chance. but u would need to reweld everything.

Just to be honest, no body knows for sure. Well, i assume you paid the downpipe and everything already.
I would say try to put it on and see if it will fit.

I mean it might clear the ac line just fine(altho' i am kinda skeptical)

From the pics you provided it looks like your doing the HF manifold with adaptor plate. This kind of setup almost everyone gets rid of their A/C cause they are on a budget and the position of the Manifold with the turbo connected does not allow A/C.

Then your DP is coming from the passenger side so I am 100% sure you cannot fit that with A/C.

You will have to face the compressor side to the passenger or else you won't have A/C.

Bottom line you ain't gonna have A/C with that DP setup.
