Default Turbo D16Z6

Can't find it on search, how much boost can a D16Z6 handle on stock internals. Is it like the ZC at roughly around 200hp?

Could you post the set up that you're running and maybe some pics of it.
Thanks

the little ihi's aren't worth **** as far as i'm concerned...they make good boost on sohc's, but they fun out after about 6600rpm...and they are a dime a dozen a junk yards

BTW Love the "junk yeard" turbo setup
thanks

I'm running stock, 4psi, boost with my GReddy kit on my D16Z6. Won't go over 6psi on stock internals. Plus I'm not using an IC so I can stay in a sleeper mode.

the fact you are not using a IC won't give you a "Sleeper mode"
Look at Sir kid setup, this is a sleeper, got max performance without having to sacrifice look.
then just get an intercooler mounted Inside the front bumper behind a grill or anithing else, Other think you'r a ricer cause you got cheap *** grill in front but you can kick their *** anytime !!

Rods can hold well over 220, it's the ring lands I'd be worried about.

So what would you boost on the following:
a6 block
z6 head
blockguard
LS rods
JEpistons .020 over (z6 compression)

Daily?
And for those times when you need a little more boost?
