48/42 T3 will spool real fast, a 48/60 T3 would be perfect, full boost at 3500 all the way to redline, thatd be my pick, and you can pick them up on the classifieds for $250-$300.

Not sure if I just can't find them or if you didn't post them, but what are you power goals?

i just want a 'fast' daily driver thats semi reliable. what do you guys think about a d16z6 with 94k miles on it, with these mods: without the head gasket and head studs will it still hold up to 9 pounds if its tuned good? and yes i know its on an FMU and will come off and would get Crome.

garrett t3 .63/.48
drag manifold
extreme machines fmic
greddy type rs bov
2 1/4" piping to 2 1/2" charge pipe
b&m fpr
autometer phantom boost gauge
2 1/4" dp
all couplings and clamps
car is untuned, boosted for a month
exedy oe clucth/w pp (will come with stage 2 fidanza clutch on the side)
ngk plugs and wires(heat range 7)
pacesetter catback with skunk2 axelback

As far as a "fast DD" I'm using a TD04 14G. It's off of like a Talon or 3000GT. It's bigger than a WRX turbo, but it's still small. Crazy spool up.

Right now I'm running 15psi on my stock Z6 w/ ARP headbolts and 310cc injectors. Ran 13.7 on street tires.

I like it because it's small, spools quick, and has good low end. Not to mention when I'm at the track you can only hear the turbo screaming.

How close are you injectors to maxxing out? Any idea on how much power your putting down?

If your keeping the motor stock a t3 60/.48 would be perfect (that's what I use). I would not go any smaller than that at all (small turbos fuking blow ***), but you could probably go a little bigger.

Right now with the map I'm on they're probably close to about 75 or so duty cycle running a smooth 12-12.5 AFR. It's still semi-tuned w/ uber.

I'll be swtiching completely to Crome as soon as I get my laptop datalogging setup.

I'd like to think I'm putting down around 200whp since I'm able to run 13.7-13.8 on street tires with 2.4 60 fts.
