Naw hes probably going by what most people say, you know like they say "Itll kill your top end" "your car will just fall off in the high revs"
Your car will still be alot fast than it was n/a in the higher rpms, but wont be making as much power with your turbo as you were in the 3-6k rpm range or whatever turbo size you buy blah blah im stoned
