My question is do you only have to let the turbo cool if you've run it hard, or do you need to let it cool everytime you drive somwhere? How long do you guys let your turbos cool?

 

i let mines sit for 5 minutes. but if i drove down 5 blocks to my freinds house not flooring it, i just turn it off or let it sit for a minute. im not sure i could be doing it wrong but thats how my long my freind set his turbo timer for in his sti.

 

My turbo timer is set for 30 seconds for normal driving (off boost) and 3 minutes if I've been beating on it. I'll manually add time just off of common sense for anything in between.
