Default Turbo choice

Hey,
Alright, I have a '94 integra LS with suspension, brakes and all that stuff...
I am currently dropping in and wiring my H22 in the car, I want to be able to hit mid to low 11's with my setup in this car on slicks(doesnt matter which size)...
Over the summer the motor is going to be built up with:

JE .020 over 9.0:1 CR pistons
Crower Rods
ARP Rod Bolts
ARP HeadStuds
GE Sleeves
720CC Injectors
Quaiffe LSD
Action Clutch Stage 2MD
Honda Saver valve springs
AEM Standalone...
H23 tranny for better traction
DSS stage 3 axles
Traction bars

What turbo size should I get? I want some pretty decent spool up on the street and i want to be able to hit my goal of low 11's to mid 11's on slicks which would probably require about 400-450whp....

I am thinking a t3/60-1 w 0.82a/r turbine
or
a t4/60-1 w 0.70a/r turbine

Remember its a 2.2liter motor and i want some decent spool up on the street with a pretty good top end... thanks

If you really only want 400-450whp (not that that's low or anything) You should stick with a .63 A/R for the best spool. This setup will make 550-600whp.

so then a t3/60-1 w/ 0.63 a/r should be fine for my goals?? What stage wheel should i run? Would I need to run a stage 5 wheel? thanks

The .63 A/R housing may be a liitle too small for 500 hp. You may want to consider the .82 A/R housing. You will have a bit more lag, but it will make the power you want. You can always get a ball bering center section to help aid lag as well as sending the turbine housing to Extrude Hone. Thsi will help spool by about 400-500 rpms and will net ~ 2-3% points of efficiency.

so basically, i would want a t3/60-1 w/.82a/r and a stage 3 wheel? As an upgrade, i could add a ball bearing center section...right??

You have the displacement. I suggest the .82 A/R turbine housing to make 500+ whp.
