Default turbo charged without fuel map

Hi,

I am writing from France, so sorry if my english is bad.

I have a Civic EX year 97 (D16Y8) with turbo kit Greddy at 6 PSI

I should go to London to set up my fuel map. Do you think that I can run quietly from Paris to London (about 300 km) without right fuel map or it is better to do a VAFC hack ?

thanks for your replies

don't boost at all, end of story, period. Just drive it easy and you should be ok.

or you can disconnect your charge pipe so you wont get postive pressure.

free spinning the turbo is not the best of Idea's which is what will happen if u disconnect the charge pipe... just drive and don't boost like it was previously stated and u should be fine.
