Default is this turbo cappable of 200hp

Well im beginning to build my backyard special turbo setup and i was wondering, is this turbo capable of reaching my 200 hp goal.
When will this turbo start to spool and when will it hit full boost?

I am not planning to build my block, but i am planning for a piggyback/standalone plus tuning&dyno /Unichip/. I am getting some dsm 450 injectors, and resistor pack.

What would you guys recommend me to upgrade or replace, good quality at a low cost will be the best.

This will be going into a 99 civic ex d16y8 approx 74.xxx mi. This car will be mainly street driven.

I've got a td04 on my y8. Estimating by my 1/4 times I assume I'm making around 190-200whp on 9-10psi.

it'll spool up at 2500-2800rpm but it'll max out at around 6500rpm.

good for a daily car.

mine takes forever to spool because the wastegate is messed up. It should spool very quickly though...,but mine doesn't hit full boost till after 4000 rpms . It still holds 10psi steady all the way to redline and doesn't drop off like a t25.

hmm, I'm guessing it'd be harder to find a turbo NOT capable of 200whp than one that is.

and yeah, i'd bet this one is.
