What cam shafts do you guys say to go with for a fully built b16???

 

GSR/ITR show great results.

The Crower turbo cams have shown decent enough mid range gains, but lose a LOT on the top end compared to the GSR or ITR's.

 

im currently running gsr's but was wondering would be worth to upgrade?

you can probably do other things to make more power. with that said, what's your setup?

i agree, often money could be spent else where for more hp/dollar.

 

Skunk2 Stage 2's in my b16.

 

CTR intake ITR exhaust works perfect with any turbo set you have

 

with the duration on those skunk2 stage 2 shafts????.. because i see a lot of poeple going with those....

 

toda Spec C all motor cams

 

CTR/ITR are the best choice

 

if your on a budget GSR's perform well also
