I just purchased an HF manifold and will be running it with a used Nissan t25. I have access to e85 stations and plan on using it. For a goal of around 220whp tops, what size injectors should I plan on using. 550's?

Also, are there any injectors that size that will plug right into the stock '96 harness?

For 220whp or so on E85, you would calculate as follows...

220whp x 6cc(per whp) = 1320 cc total flow
1320cc total x 1.3 E85 conversion = 1716 cc E85
1716 cc / 4 inj = ~430cc per injector

That equation above will give you a rough estimate of injector sizing for a Honda at base fuel pressure. Having said that, a set of 550s would do just fine with your setup

Thanks. Now, short of purchasing some RC injectors, are there any that I can use that will plug right in? Do I need to look for high or low impedance injectors?

whp times 1.95 for e85 per inj
