turbo blown???

turbo blown???
so i was driving home stright downpipe and it starts smoking like crazy out my downpipe all white smoke. then i notice there is lot of oil coming from the cold side of turbine and one of the bolt from the hot side seems little loose and oil leaking out of it. is my turbo blown?

Well first, check to make sure every nut and/or bolt on the turbo is tight. See if that takes care of the issue, if not, most likely the turbo is blown.

one of the bolts was loose. i tighten it but there was still little bit of white smok coming out of that bolt. there is still lot of white smoke coming out of the down pipe. i am letting it cool down and tighten that bolt little more. the turbo is precision t3/t4 AR 70. i am also thinking the oil seals are bad because there is lot of oil on the turbine and i am sure there is lot of oil on the exhaust side and thats why its burning white smoke?
