Default Turbo B18A compression ?

I'm getting ready to order pistons/cams the whole she-bang by the months end. Since I'm building for boost on a Garret Super 60 series I'm not sure how low of compression I should go for with the pistons. Obviously lower compression for turbo applications and higher for NA, I'm aiming for 250whp minimum so, my question in point would be whats the lowest Comp ratio that I should go for without over-doing it and actually doing more harm than good? Thanks!

For 250whp, stock compression is fine.

Why are you building the motor if you only plan to run 250whp? A stock rebuild with better rings would be my choice for only 250whp.

I'm in the same boat as MyEGisBad. I'm looking to rebuild my second motor, but I'm going to daily it. I was shooting for the same power goal because I want it to be reliable. It looks like the concensus is to go back with a factory rebuild for anywhere between 250-300whp?? Not tryin to jack thread, just wanting to get it sorted out.
