Default Turbo b16

I am thinking about a b16 swap in my 95 sedan. What is the best route to put 15 psi safely?

Lots of research.
And lots more research

Then realizing a b18a/b is a better candidate.

Step 1: Forget about PSI. It means absolutely nothing. Forget it's even a metric. Make a power goal. Decide your intent with the car (DD is different than autocross is different than drag is different than...). Decide your budget. Then go read the FAQs. Read them again. Read them a third time. Wake up tomorrow and give them another read. Read them until you believe that you have at least a grasp of FI.

step 1 - sell honda

step 2 - buy car that comes with a turbo from the factory that hits 15 psi. end goal met.

honestly you should have been reading and doing research for tens of hours before you started posting up.

The best route for that would be nitro boost

Dunno wth that means ^^ but the general consensus is that reading as much information on the subject is the answer to your question, both in broad fundamental terms but also user-built examples that produce similar power and driveability to what you are trying to achieve. There are entire threads dedicated to posting your setup and numbers.

That's a start. You can never know too much before pulling the trigger on something like this.

Just slap an eBay turbo kit on it.

It will have no problem hitting 15psi.
