Turbo advice?

Turbo advice?
I need a turbo that will run me less that 500$, but that can attain 350hp on a built b16a2. now i know this isnt orbitz.com but any help would be appreciated

ebay for the holsets or dig thur the 35pg post....and find hte diesel shops some have recomended....i ppicked up mine for $215 shipped...in nealy mint condition...has to fix one striped dp bolt...but aside from that about 5k miles ont he turbo of hard beatin...couldnt be happier...well maybe w/ some traction
