Default Turbo on 2004 TL

anyone know how/if a turbo on 04' TL is doable?

Of course it's doable, but cost/difficulty are up there.

You don't have to do a twin turbo, that might add to the difficulty. You can just run a 2-1 merge from each bank into a big single.

I have a turbo Maxima, it's a transverse V6 just like the TL and that's how I did it and most other turbo Maximas are set up. A customer of mine just built a custom turbo for his '02 TL and the setup is similar to mine.

It is going to be very tight in there though.

Yeah there isnt alot of room under the hood of that car. Its not gonna be easy however im sure you could do. Gonna cost ya alot of cash to do it right tho.

the 7th gen accord v6 has been done i dont see why a TL cant.

If you have an auto tranny that will be your biggest limiting factor. It will take a **** fast with to much added power.

Wow!!! i thought youcould turbo the v6 7thgen because there wasn't a mani.
Like the headers are part of the block or something like that
New news to me even thou it was in 2003-2004
