Default turbine intake

i dont kno if this is true or not. but ive seen a video a long time ago with an intake with a turbine inside of it. like when the engine sucks in air the turbine spins and kind of pushes air into the engine. can somone show me a picture of this intake?

I don't know if this is what you're talking about but there is a system they sell called the Tornado. This doesn't really add power just kind of helps with fuel economy.

This isn't a forced induction type system, therefore this question should be asked somewhere else. But since I'm a nice guy heres a pic...

haha no im serious. i dont know if its true or not but ive seen them on honda Fits and small suzukis when i was in japan last summer for vacation, i couldent catch the name cause it was in japanese, i remember the intake was hella fat and had a filter on the other end like a normal intake but when they took it off to show the inside had a turbine with ball bearings, hella clean thats y i was wondering if they realy work
