There's a hole in my turbo!!
I am getting closer to the install date, so needless to say, i have been inspecting the parts to make sure that everything is
I got to looking down inside the housing, and i could see a small hole (approx 1/4") right in line with a bolt that holds the housing on. It apprears that during the machining process, the manufacturer drilled the holes too deep and punched through to the inside of the housing. I can see the bottom of the bolt.
My question is, should i run the turbo? or return it ? Will it not leak?

Re: (SilverSellout)
yes..... one has penitrated through to the inside of the actual housing. will this cause an exhuast leak out of the bolt hole. I would think that there would be nooo way that it would make its way past the threads of the bolt, but i just want to hear some opinions before i contact the seller.
thanks for helping out!
