Default Tuning w/uberdata, few ?

So last night i was helping a friend tune his uberdata. We set up the basemap and got the car running. But after doing a bit of tuning on the fuel maps I realized we didn't adjust the injector multiplyer for the walbro's fuel pressure of 45. Stayed set at 42psi. I am wondering if this would have any ill effects on fine tuning the injectors?

Also, we experienced a problem w/ the full throttle launch script. It worked only twice out of the many times we tried. And when we got it to work it bounced for about 3 seconds, then ftl stops working and the rpms shoot up. That is set to disable at 8 mph. So i am clueless as to what the problem of this could be. Any suggestions? TIA
