Default Tuning?

Ok; searched but could not find anything. The question is what is the difference between a conservative tune and an aggressive tune? Ie A/F ratio, timing, etc.......
Which is better for street and still make good power for the track?

Also does your bore have anything to do with it?

A conservative tune will have a richer A/F and more timing. While the more agressive tune will lean it out a little and retard a little more timing. That is the key to a good tuner....being able to find the middle ground between making power and blowing up the motor. If I said any of that wrong please correct me.

you have to retard the timing for a conservative tune not advance it.
too much advance + boost = knock knock boom

not all together true - if you retard too much you dramatically increase cylinder pressure/temps, this could lead to lifting the head/blowing out headgasket, exploding plugs etc....

True; but doesnt increasing cylinder pressure/temps equal more hp?

less timing will normally result in lower cylinder pressure and slightly higher egt's. you cool the egts by running richer.

with proper engine management you dont have to worry about it as long as the corrections are setup properly.

I said "too much" a lot of pople continue to pull out timing as they see HP increase, there is a point where a couple additional HP from retard equal certain disaster. running too rich is also bad as it washes the cylinders and ends up past the rings, shortening the lifespan of your motor. there are a thousand combinations.
