tuned by crome?

what are the advantages of disadvantages of this? what other methods are there to tune? i know like hondata, and uberdata and stuff like that.. sorry if its a noobish question

ectune is coming out soon, supposedly. i hear its the end all of end alls for obd1 tuning.
