I sort of understand the default way to hook up all your tubing for your wastegate, bov, etc. With these following parts what would be the best way to organize and run all my lines...kind of vague but i hope you understand. Basically looking for a "run a tube from here to here, and here to here".

Greddy Profec B Boost Controller
Greddy Turbo Timer
Tial wastegate
Greddy BOV
Skunk2 Intake Manifold
Stock Fuel Rail and FPR

I can also do it w/out the vac mani if that would be a more viable option.

well a lot of people get those vacuum manifolds but i dont have one. i am running the edlebrock intake manifold and it has plenty of vacuum nipples on it for all my stuff but some peopl ehave stock intake manifolds that only like 1 maybe 2 nipples in it and dont want to tee 5 things off that one source.
