Usually EBC goes between the turbo and the wastegate, so you probably don't need a separate vacuum source. I'm guessing your intake manifold has all the regular vacuum "nipples", like brake booster, fuel regulator, EVAP, etc. You don't really have to drill your Golden Eagle vacuum manifold. You can run "T" fittings in your vacuum lines.

If you are running the Greddy Profec B Spec, you will need a vac source for the head unit, 1 port the black box, and the top port of your wastegate. The side port on the wastegate will go back to the greddy black box via the 2nd port.

No offense man but just drill the holes when you have the car in front of you and figure out then what you need. It takes 2 seconds to drill the hole.

Just drill them as you need them, that way you do not have to worry about capping off an unused already drilled port.
