Default Trying to order INNOVATIVE mounts, question on which application?

I am confused as to what I should order.

I have:

1993 Civic CX
B16 swap

Now do I order the mounts for a 92-95 Civic with a D/B series or for a 94-01 Integra?

The difference is a 2 post or 3 post mount. I have no clue WTF this means. Which mount are they talking about in regards to posts?

2 post is Civic and 3 post in Integra.

They mean the mount that comes out of the timing belt cover. 2 mounting bolts or 3
