Default tranny + turbo?

im probably gonna go turbo in my b18b coupe when spring comes around, in a year or two or three i eventually i want to do a fully built engine and run some high boost, my question is how much power can our trannys hold reliably? i eventually want 500+ whp at the track on slicks and i dont want to rebuild trannys all the time. if they dont hold high power so well is there anything i can do to strengthen them? like different gears sets of syncros maybe? so if all the high horspower guys could put some input, that would be greatly appreciated.
thanks

From what I understand the honda tranys are good for pretty high horsepower. I've heard that once you get around that 700whp look out becuase things are gonna start to break. Now having said that mostly what it consists of is 1. Driver skill 2. Driver style 3. size of the slicks your running. If your some jackass who's always dumping the clutch doing burnouts and wheel hopping bye bye tranny. If you know how to load the tranny and axles before you launch and you have good driving technique coupled with the correct slick sizes you should be fine with 500+ whp. To give an example my friend has over 600whp and has been using the same tranny for over a year now. He runs all the time at the track as well. So keep those things in mind.
