All I know is if that was my ride. One of three things would happen. The guy who hooked it up would get shot, stabbed or knuckled down.

that sucks. Fortunatley it looks like it's just resting it's tire, but i wonder about the undercarage. I hope it's all good, or somebody should be getting paid.

Unfortunately when you dyno most Dyno operators have you sign a WAIVER that they are not responsible just like the waivers you sign when you race at the track. So if he didn't sign a waiver he may have a leg to stand on but if he did then so sorry. It doesnt look like anything was damaged however. This is like the 4th site I have seen this on though since yesterday.
