Default Traction Bar settings

I have the z10 traction bar setup.

Do you guys preload positive or negative caster? how many turns?

I've so far turned three turns of negative caster and traction and handling are better. just wondering what you have found works best!

BTW i posted this in the FI forum cause we are the only people making enough torque to really need traction bars

for street driving I use no pre-load, for the strip I turn them in 5 turns (toe in).
