Total Seal rings
I'm going to be running JE pistons and I already have some total seal .20 over rings from a previous project. Are they good if I break them in right? Is it abitch to gap them correctly? Should I run JE 9:8:1 and then run a gsr head? Won't my compression be 9:3:1 then? Or just run 9:1 and run my gsr head? Will the ITR head with gsr cams help me much comparred to a stock gsr head or a slight port job on a gsr head?
Contract Total Seal to find out proper finish hone pattern on the cylinders. Everyone that has ever posted that they are junk have no clue WTF I'm talking about when I asked them the same question.
When the TS rings came out 15+ years ago, V8 guys were having the same problems.
Yes I've been around that long!

Yo your from Cincy. I grew up about 15 min north of Cincy. How are the imports coming along up there? So do you like total seal if they are broken in right? Does it take like 3k to break them in? I was just comparing aries and je rings tonight and aries rings are so much thicker than JE but JE ring lands are thicker. Not sur ewhich is better?
