piston rings difference

so i sent my bro to buy new piston rings but he bought ls rings instead of gsr rings is there a difference will it work fine in a gsr.

They are the same bore, both are 81mm. I don't think they are different rings. What kinda build are you planning? Im from fresno area also.

well im doing a b18c1 turbo and im thinking of using a b16 head instead but only if i get rid of my gsr head because im doing type r internals on the bottom already. but im not sure of what im doing yet.
