torque? how many pounds?

How many pounds for the head bolts and the bolts that lock the cam shafts in?

I cant remember the head bolts, I think perhaps 56ft/lbs? If using ARP, follow their recommendations.

Cam caps are 14ft/lbs for the inners, the outer corner caps get 10ft/lbs. These are the best I can remember from memory.
