-10an line etc...let me see some pics if possible..
I think im going to need a 90degree fitting to two??

I also put Earl's Firesleeving around the return line just to be safe.

 

i welded mine up out of some aluminum tube:

maybe you could weld threaded ends on the make it a threaded piece

 

ya it would deff be nicer with some threaded ends

That welded line is pretty neat. And pretty damn clean too

 

I used a straight fittign off the turbo, and a 45* fitting off the oil pan. My return line is 12AN

it would be awfully hard to assemble then... unless you put fittings on the ends as well as threads. i wanted it to have a little bit of flexability at both ends, hence the hose coupling.

 

are you going to heat wrap that aluminum return line?

it is really close to the manifold.. i dont think it is a good thing to have oil, that is the same temperature as the manifold..

pfft... just let the oil drain to the ground and stop every couple minutes to add a quart

 

ya..you can get out and add that quat..lol
