4 months is horrible with no updates

 

he kinda gives me update. I email him and he responds back, but he told me it would ship it out the same week like 4+ times already. I'm gonna see if he can give me my refund back instead, no hard feelings

Its strange with these manifolds- we should not be so lenient with the manufactures

I know if I go to a best buy and order a TV they don't have in stock, and they say its going to be in next week, and i come next week its not there, and the same thing happens for 4 weeks, I'm taking my money elsewhere.

Thats very true... we are pretty lenient on these guys. I guess thats just how things are sometimes...

This is happen to me before with another company also... It is just my luck... lol

exactly. I can understand to a certain degree. I would be livid if i waited 4 months.

 

Get your money back, bottom line. Its uncalled for an doesn't seem right what so ever. I can't imagine how long it would take to honor a warranty in the event of a mishap. If he trys to tell you that he's almost done just say no thanks I already put in an order elsewhere.

 

I have SLS topmount, looks great, seems to be holding up just fine, and i made great power with it, reasonably priced as well...

SLS i would order from again, i have sent some buisness to them as well. Quality is top notch

My only complaint about them was the wait, i dont mind waiting but be straight up about when its gonna ship, same thing happened with my buddy, but it sure didnt take 4 months like Neukin. I got a month wait, and it was a totally new topmount application they had to develop.

Waiting and shotty communication seems to be normal in the manifold buisness some worse than others

 

Neukin had a 4 something odd wait for my buddy also, Then on top of that they sent the kit in 2 diffrent shipments on diffrent days like a week apart so it was pretty much a hassle for my buddy all together. BUT the quailty looked damn good the wait ehhh

Phil from spoolin took care of me great, everything always shows up in a timley manner

Your exactly right about that!

I've e-mailed neukin and left them a voicemail monday morning. Still haven't gotten back to me. I'm just gonna try to get my refund back and order from someone else.

He did offer me some free stuff to compensate for my wait. But the free stuff is no good when I don't receive a damn thing from my order. I spent $1740 and I havent received a hair yet.

Nothing but headache... this guy can't even spend 5 minutes of his time to give me to call to discuss it.

lol, thats not a good comparison at all. You're comparing a mass produced product sold by a retailer, not the original manufacturer. Most of these manifolds are made to order products, as most can't afford to build a bunch of manifolds and hope they sell.

I got the run around for months from Super-T Motorsports before they disappeared back in early 2004, so believe me I've been through it all. The only thing that got my money back was a call from a lawyer.

On a side note, there are a few retailers on here that stock high end manifolds (I know Boostfed.com has FR manifolds in stock). But I guess some people would rather save $200 and wait 6 months.

He gave me a tracking #, when I've been contacting him the past few days through e-mail and by phone. I wanted to changed my order, because i decided to go a different route. He offered to me before that I can change my order and he will ship my order out to the next person in line. And now we're playin e-mail tag and I want him to call me to see if we can work something out. He pretty much saying I shipped your order out today even though you been trying to contact me to change your order or refund your money back

I'm so [freak]in pissed off right now
