you still have that line there that could cause a problem. i'm sure there's gonna be a lot of heat....

I was trying to mock up one just to get an idea of what would need to be done to get a top mount in a 92-95 with a d series. What you made is kinda what i had invisioned, but the clearances with the ac and ps would only leave anough room for a smaller DP. and you have to take into account the heat.... I hope this works out for you.

i made the final fit last night and everything was perfect when i switched the fan to a slim pusher type. down pipe was 3 inches all the way from the flange. im also using a big 46 mm waste gate. i think theres enough room for t3/t4S now that i have cleared everything. about 1 inch clearance on the hood. i may have to switch with a gel coated hi temp fiberglass hood to keep the paint from curdling. i think power steering would also be possible coz i can still move the turbo back an inch or more.

it should perform like any other ramhorn manifold since it has the same number of bends and about the same lenght of straight tubes. il let you know how it compares to my previous ramhorn mani.

you're gonna have to research for that one

but easier to take off turbo. oil return is straight down. being able to have a 5inch downpipe and some other things.

Ssautocrome? nope

pros
1. easier to remove the turbo
2. more space for the down pipe
3. better wastegate position
4. different

cons
1. no way to insulate the turbo hood alady started to curdle
2. fan needs to be converted to pusher type

but all in all i like it feels exactly the same as my previous ram horn mani.

So, it's possible to make a topmount AC compatible but you're going to have to get rid fo the power steering?
