Tools for a build...
Im about to embark on a full engine build (either gsr or b16a block, don't quite know yet 
) sleeves, rods and pistons. To be honest im not 100 percent sure of how to do it but with some abuse of the search function and a good helms i could pull it off. (hey i build a DIY turbo kit that put 265 to wheels on a b16a with out ever working on a turbo vehicle before) So to sum this up, what tools would be recommended and where would u get them (calipers, dial indicators ect....) with out loosing an arm and leg but not sacrificing precision.
Any advice/links/info is greatly appreciated

I totally agree, but in the same token, i believe in my abilities. I mean hey im going to college to become a Chemist, alot of that **** is hard but i pull through. All it is taking your time, listening to good advice from experts and not doubting yourself. Not to sound all philosophical but I know i can pull it off and that its going to take some time.
I def. plan on checking everything 100 times, thats why im trying ot get the proper tools (and accurate) to make sure everything is in spec

good torque wrench - may need a couple to cover both ends of the spectrum
Metric wrenches, metric sockets (regular/deep well/ 12 and 6 pt) - you're gonna need the 12pt sockets for the flywheel and rod bolts
Feeler gauge
rubber mallet
common sense

yeah i got the basic stuff (hopefully common sense lol
) i was talking more about the measuring devises and stuff like that.
