Default Too hot?

I just installed the SBC-iD 2 that I got from Leo's groupbuy ( ), and after running around, I parked the
car and idled to cool it. After the fan turned off, I turned the car off,
and popped the hood.

Everything in my engine compartment was pretty hot. Intake, piping,
strut tower bar,... EVEN the fenders.

Is this normal? The temperature gauge was like usual... slightly less than
half way.

Yeah, this is kinda normal. Last night for the first time I was able to datalog my hondata. Using the dashboard viewer looking at the IAT when driving it read around 90 degrees. Then after sitting at a stoplight for 3 minutes or so heatsoak would take effect and I would get reading of 150-160.
