tiny black spots on spark plug?
i did a massive search and couldn't find anything on black speckles on plugs. I know that white speckles means detonation. Since the streets where kinda dry today i thought i would put in new plugs and take it for a spin... i didn't do the shut down that Boosted-Hybrid recommends (too damn cold out!) but after getting home i checked the plugs and noticed that the plug was burning clean but had little black speckles. ???
any thoughs, ideas?

black would mean its rich, my guess is that its rich.
take a metal brush clean it off or a new set of plugs and see if it still does it. could be burnt oil spots.

its got a clean burn on the plugs, plus... is fully tuned on with a wideband, A/f are normal. i'm running bkre7s in my mini me and it looks like someone sprinkled black pepper on my plugs. Ive never seen this before on plugs... ive got about 20* total timming @10 psi which i think is normal for a SOHC but i'm just a little concerned a with detonation with my setup.
i'll just keep an eye on it. it runs strong and not audible pingin.
