Default timing

whats up guys? my question is concerning the edelbrock turbo kit. ijust bought one for my car and im wondering do i need to adjust the ignition timing on the car. do i have to retard the timing if so how many degrees?

It should be fine at the stock location, but if it detonates then pull the timimg till it stops. This should only be a temp fix, and go get it tuned so you can add the timimg back.
