budget is 700-800$
i want the same power or more at 18 psi,t3-t4 flange,3 inch v-band for downpipe external wastegate
ive read a lot here and on the net but to have a idea of a guy who have more experience is always better...and im from canada and have a good place to buy one let me know

You arent going to get alot better than a t04E on that setup. if you can get a couple extra pennies. Get a STC Silver Surfer!

For that kind of power at 18psi with room for more you'll probably need something in the gt32-gt35 range. Although you're not going to make a lot of power on 91

Re: time to choose my new turbo
you will need a 4 four bolt flange, I got a 4 bolt to 3"inch vband flange to redo the down pipe. Gonna order the coolant kit for 115$, it basically removes the front freezw plug with a fitting and thats the feed line, the drain come off the turbo and has fittings to adapt to the radiators bung.
